The Ministry of Natural Resources, the National Intellectual Property Administration, PRC, finance departments (bureaus), development and reform commissions and price bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities specifically designated in the state plan, and the Finance Bureau and the Development and Reform Commission of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,
According to the decision and arrangement of the State Council on cutting fees and easing burden, policies concerning the reduction and exemption of some administrative and institutional fees are hereby notified as below, in order to further alleviate social burden and stimulate the market vitality:
