In order to implement the Institutional Reform Proposal of the State Council approved at the First Session of the 13th National People's Congress, the Regulations on Emergency Response to Work Safety Accidents and the Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating Promoting the Development of the National Integrated Online Government Service Platform, the Ministry of Emergency Management has decided to revise certain articles of the Administrative Measures for Contingency Plans for Work Safety Accidents (Order of the State Administration for Work Safety No.88):
