Departments of housing and urban-rural development of provinces and autonomous regions, (administrative) commissions of housing and urban-rural development and the relevant departments of municipalities directly under the Central Government, the Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and related central enterprises,
With a view to implementing the decisions and plans of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council for overall progress in epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, deepening the reform of "delegating power, streamlining administration and strengthening regulation, and improving services" and facilitating the resumption of work and production among construction engineering enterprises in a targeted and steady manner, it has been decided that the qualification granted by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development to enterprises in the engineering survey, engineering design and construction sectors and project supervision enterprises will be extended to July 31, 2020 in a unified manner provided that the expiration date is between March 1, 2020 and June 30, 2020.
