Guidelines for the Evaluation of Science and Technology Innovation Attributes (for Trial Implementation)
The Guidelines are hereby formulated in accordance with the Implementing Opinions on the Setting up of the Science and Technology Innovation Board and the Launch of the Pilot Registration System on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Initial Public Offerings on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (for Trial Implementation) in order to carry out the positioning of the SSE STAR MARKET, and support and encourage the listing of hard technology enterprises on the SSE STAR MARKET.
