In order to meet the relevant requirements of the China Securities Regulatory Commission for supporting and encouraging enterprises in conformity with the provisions on science and technology innovation attributes, further specify SSE STAR market positioning standards, guide and regulate the applications of issuers and the sponsorship of sponsor institutions, and boost the sustainable and sound development of the SSE STAR market, the Shanghai Stock Exchange, in accordance with the Implementing Opinions on the Setting up of the Science and Technology Innovation Board and the Launch of the Pilot Registration System on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Initial Public Offerings on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (for Trial Implementation), the Guidelines for the Evaluation of Science and Technology Innovation Attributes (for Trial Implementation), the Rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange for the Review of Issuance and Listing of Stocks on the Science and Technology Innovation Board and other relevant provisions, has formulated the Interim Provisions of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on Applications and Sponsorship for Enterprises to Offer Shares and Be Listed on the SSE STAR Market (please refer to the appendix hereto for details), which are hereby issued upon approval by the China Securities Regulatory Commission for implementation as of the date of issue.
