The Decision of the Supreme People's Court on Revising the Provisions on Several Issues concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Private Lending Cases, which was adopted at the 1809th session of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on August 18, 2020, is hereby promulgated and shall come into effect as of August 20, 2020.
