Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Expanding the List of National Laws in Annex III of the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China

In accordance with the Decision of the National People's Congress on Establishing and Improving the Legal System and Enforcement Mechanisms for Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, it is decided at the 20th Session of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress that: The Law of the People's Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, which is a law of national effect, shall be added to Annex III of the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and shall be promulgated and implemented by and in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
