The Measures for Public Internet Cybersecurity Threats Monitoring and Response (the “Measures”) are enacted in accordance with the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches on cybersecurity, actively respond to the dire and complex cybersecurity situation, further improve the mechanism for public internet cybersecurity threats monitoring and response, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations. The Measures are hereby issued for your effective implementation according to the actual situation.

Measures for Public Internet Cybersecurity Threats Monitoring and Response

Article 1 The Measures are enacted in accordance with the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Strengthening Network Information Protection, Telecommunications Regulations of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the responsibilities of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (the “MIIT”), to strengthen and standardize public internet cybersecurity threats monitoring and response, eliminate potential security risks, stop attacks, avoid harm, reduce security risks, maintain the network order and public interest, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations.
