To effectively work on the renewed registration and follow-up regulation of overseas manufacturers of imported infant formula dairy products, relevant matters are hereby announced as below, in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Implementing Regulations thereof and the Administrative Regulations on Registration of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Food (Order of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine No.145).
